ATLANTA – Jun. 12, 2014 – Aderant, the world’s largest independent legal software company, announced today that Peckar & Abramson, P.C., an Aderant Expert client for nearly 15 years, has expanded its financial management system to include the Expert ClearView business intelligence suite, Found Time, On the Go Time for mobile devices, and Expert Paperless Billing. The adoption of these modules will streamline attorney processes, leading to higher productivity and efficiency, greater business insights, and reduced risk.

Most known for leadership and innovation in construction law, Peckar & Abramson has been named “Law Firm of the Year” in Litigation—Construction by U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” and for the fifth consecutive year, and was also ranked in the top tier both nationally and regionally in Construction Law. Currently upgrading its technology infrastructure, the firm decided to reevaluate its practice management needs at the same time and chose to implement additional modules of the Aderant Expert solution. Process improvement initiatives, such as On the Go Time and Paperless Billing, will streamline firm processes, allowing for faster processing at a lower cost and error reduction. The Found Time module will help increase billable hours for the firm by automatically finding missed time entries. The Expert ClearView business intelligence suite will allow partners to be more hands-on and access performance data that includes firm-wide information to individual practice groups, lawyers, clients, matters, and more, so that they can make informed management decisions that drive profits and reduce risk. All of these modules integrate seamlessly with the core Aderant Expert system, providing Peckar & Abramson with a robust, single-platform solution.
